Submissions will be accepted on-line only.

Accommodation

JTB Global Marketing & Travel Inc. (JTB GMT) has been appointed as the Official Travel Agency of the conference to handle all travel arrangements and hotel accommodation within Japan.

VISAS

All foreign visitors entering Japan must possess valid passports.

Citizens of some countries may be required to apply for entry visas in advance.

Depending on the country, visa applications can take up to ONE MONTH to be processed.
It is therefore recommended that participants contact their local Japanese Consular Offices to determine whether or not a visa is required, as soon as possible.
